Directions
After passing the FoodWorks, cross the bridge over Erskine River and take the right exit at the roundabout onto Otway Street.
Turn right at William Street, which then becomes Erskine Falls Road as you head up the hill. (This is a little steep and if you prefer continue to the round about and turn right onto Gay St - following signs for Erskine Falls.)
Stay on Erskine Falls Road for 5 minutes. You'll pass the Livewire Park and Seascape Court on your right. Take the very next right turn into Cora Lynn Court.
The entrance is around 50 metres from the corner and Unit 6/5 is the first house on your left at the top of the driveway.
💡 GPS Tip: Use "5 Cora Lynn Court, Lorne VIC 3232" to get you to the entrance.

Kitchen & Pantry
Please feel free to use any spices, condiments, or items in the fridge during your stay. We want you to feel at home and make the most of the kitchen facilities.
We keep on top of supplies for the most part, but if you find anything is running low or missing, please let us know and we'll get it sorted right away.
House Essentials
- • Spare linen is stored in the second bedroom.
- • Vacuum and broom are in the cupboard in the living room.
- • Winter months: Wood will be available for the coonara to keep you cosy.
Rubbish & Recycling
As there is no regular rubbish collection at the property, we'll take care of removing rubbish after your stay. If you happen to generate more than fits in the kitchen bin during your visit, recycling and general waste bins are tucked away underneath the house for your use.
On the rare occasion that you have more rubbish than the bins can hold, the local recycling/transfer depot is just a two-minute drive away. Please remember to replace bin lids securely, as the local cockatoos are clever and very determined.
Check-out
- • Please leave the property clean and tidy.
- • Leave any used linen in the washing basket in the bathroom.
Important: Please ensure the house is locked and all windows and doors are closed and locked when you leave and the key is safely back in the key safe.
